How Points & Winners Are Determined
Each participant’s overall score is calculated as the sum of total miles ridden and total funds raised, expressed in U.S. dollars:
Score = Miles Ridden + Funds Raised ($)
At the close of the event, the three participants with the highest combined score will be awarded First, Second, and Third Place, respectively.
All miles ridden must be substantiated by valid, verifiable proof — including a Dated Business Receipt (DBR) — submitted in accordance with the Mile Logging and Honesty and DBR Definition provisions of the Terms and Conditions. Miles that are not properly documented will not be counted toward a participant’s score or prize eligibility.
Access Life America reserves the right to review, verify, audit, correct, or disqualify any submitted mileage, fundraising total, or prize eligibility at its sole discretion. All determinations made by Access Life America regarding scoring, rankings, and prize awards are final and binding.
